Adding Vizzlo for Google Slides to your organizations allowlist

If you do not want to install Vizzlo for Google Slides for all users of your organization, you can also allow individual installation of the add-on for individual users.

While usually not necessary, this process might be useful in cases where the functionality of Vizzlo's integration is limited due to API restrictions set up in your organization's "Access and data control" setting in the Google Workspace Admin console. Adding Vizzlo to your organization's third-party app "allowlist" will ensure that the Vizzlo add-on can easily be installed and has the essential API access.

First, the IT responsible must access https://admin.google.com/ac/apps/gmail/marketplace/apps. Then, go to Apps>Apps list>All users in this account and click on "ALLOWLIST APP":

After clicking on "INSTALL APP", you will be requested to select the app you want to install:

Just type "Vizzlo" and then choose "Vizzlo - Charts & Business Graphics":

After that, select "Allow users to install this app" and click on CONTINUE:

Then you will be able to choose either to add Vizzlo in the allowlist for everyone in your organization or for specific groups:

After this, just click on FINISH.
