What are Orgs and how do they benefit my company?

Manage your Team

Within your own Organization, you can create different Teams and award your team members different levels of access matching their assignment.

Never worry about branding

You can add assets, create branded themes and different document templates so you never have to worry about company standards or inconsistent branding.

No need to share files

Everyone in each Team gets access to the shared Team folder, so edits can be made on the fly without having to send around new and revised versions of your charts. Simply edit the master from anywhere you want and revert changes through your saved document history.

Give people the control they need

You can set your Organization members into multiple levels of clearance and access:

• Admins can add and remove people from projects and create new Teams
• Brand Managers can create your branded themes and assets, and set company standards for different charts
• Members can work in the Teams they are a part of and be added and removed as they are needed
